Sign up with e-mail, phone, Google or Apple, then add a few photos, your city and what you are looking for. Before your first video date, a selfie confirms that your face matches your photos: that is what earns the “verified” badge, and what guarantees the person in front of you is real.
Explore and match
The Explore tab shows verified profiles by distance, age and interests. A like is free; when it is mutual, it is a match and the conversation opens. Super Like and direct message, paid in coins, let you go faster.
Meet on video, live
The Jakarlo tab connects you within seconds to an available member, on video. Ten minutes per date without a pass (20 with Gold, 45 with Platinum, unlimited with Diamond), ten dates a day. No spark? Next. A spark? A Like, and if it is mutual, it is a match.
Chat and meet up
Your matches wait in Messages: text, photos, reactions, online presence. Then you decide, in real life, on a coffee, a dinner or a walk.

- Do I need a pass to meet on video?
- No. Without a pass, each date lasts up to ten minutes and you can start ten a day. A pass makes dates longer and adds options; it has a fixed duration and never renews automatically.
- Can I use Jakarlo on a computer?
- Yes. jakarlo.com offers the same features as the app, with the same account: Explore, video dates, messages, wallet. On a phone, the app is more comfortable.
- What happens if someone behaves badly during a call?
- You can hang up, report or block the person in one click, even during the call. Inappropriate content is blurred automatically and the call ends. Accounts reported by several members are suspended, then closed if it happens again.
